5. Do you accept bulk or event orders?
Yes. We gladly prepare bulk and event orders for weddings, engagements, newborn celebrations, and special occasions. Please contact us in advance to discuss details and timelines.
6. Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible.
For ready-made items such as towels, bedding sets, or bathroom accessories, modifications or cancellations may be possible before the order is shipped.
For handmade or personalized products, changes or cancellations can only be accepted before the preparation process begins. Once customization has started, the order cannot be modified or canceled.
