No Returns or Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons related to personal preference, minor variations in color, texture, or finish, or expectations about material type.

Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if there is a clear mistake from our side, such as sending the wrong item, size, or color, or production defects or errors, for both Hamsat and Artisan’s Shop products.

Handmade & Customized Items
All handmade and personalized items are made to order and considered personal requests. Therefore, no exchange, modification, or return is accepted once the order is confirmed.

Order Responsibility
Customers are kindly requested to carefully review all order details before confirming their purchase. Hamsat is not responsible for mistakes resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
